Quadtec Solutions, Inc. pays high-end salaries commensurate with consultants' knowledge and experience. This salary is based on the standard 40-hour work week. Consultants are compensated for overtime, at 125% per hour of average hourly wage.

At Quadtec Solutions, Inc. continued education is an important element in our company. Our consultants keep abreast with the latest technological innovations. We continually expose ourselves to new areas of information technology, and all areas of expertise.

In addition to the $4,000.00 per annum educational expense reimbursement, Quadtec Solutions, Inc. consultants are encouraged to take advantage of our extensive educational text and software libraries.

Quadtec Solutions, Inc. consultants are as eager to teach as they are to learn. In-house seminars and tutorials are common at Quadtec Solutions, Inc. Of course, all consultants are welcome. These seminars and tutorials have repeatedly proven to be beneficial time and time again.

Quadtec Solutions, Inc. provides and maintains an online training lab for the training of our consultants. The lab simulates a global network including a wide variety of hardware and software such as workstations, servers, switches, routers, firewalls, operating systems, and applications. These tools are specifically intended for use by our consultants to simulate real world network situations. Our lab is an excellent place where consultants can hone their skills as well as acquire new ones. All employees are encouraged to capitalize on the lab's educational benefits.
